1. Go to dell's website at www.dell.com 
 
2. Find the machine that you are looking to purchase 
 
3. Configure the machine the way that you want it 
 
4. Place the machine in your cart
 
5. At the top the cart, there should be a button that says "email cart" 
  (If you are in the outlet this button does not show... if that happens, print the cart as a PDF) 
 
6. Email the cart (or PDF) to us at giftcards@tcsidc.com 
 
7. Include in the email your name, address, phone number and any coupon codes that you have that you wish to apply to the order.
 
8. Once we receive the cart, we add the item to our Dell account and process it, adding your name address and phone number (click here to see an actual Dell invoice and Order Status from this process) and applying any coupon codes that you have and the value of the giftcard. 
 
9. We send you an invoice for the total shown in your dell cart, plus taxes and shipping, minus the value of the coupons and gift card 
 
10. You pay the invoice, through google checkout. 
 
11. We pay Dell.
 
12. We receive a receipt for payment from Dell (see the actual receipt above)
 
13. We forward that receipt to you. 
 
14. Dell ships your machine(s) directly to you.
